Highland Lakes Master Gardener
  Green Thumb Program

The Highland Lakes Master Gardeners present a Green Thumb Program focused on enhancing the experience of the local public in all aspects of plants and their environment.  Presentations by local experts on topics such as water conservation, soil preparation, plant selection, creatures in the garden, organic gardening, and many other topics of interest to gardeners are free and open for all to attend. Watch your local newspaper for announcements about the 2017 informative presentations at the Libraries in Burnet, Bertram, Buchanan Dam, Marble Falls, and Kingsland. For additional information contact Ray Buchanan, 325-379-1455 or drrayb@tstar.net.
We have some exciting programs coming up in 2017.   (click here for the events calendar)
Here are some of the programs scheduled for this year. Sign up to be reminded by email so you won't miss any programs. We will remind you about a week before these classes and other free events put on by the Master Gardeners, Garden Club and other local organizations. We know you will have a good time at these free programs and we hope to see you there.
